You can come in or sign up online, whatever is more convenient for you. You can sign up online for our Recovery Zone Unlimited by visiting the payment link above. If you have any questions feel free to send us a message or call us during our regular business hours.

What is the cost to do the dry sauna and cold plunge combo?

Our Recovery Zone Day Pass is $50 for up to a 1-hour session. If you would like to sign up for our Recovery Zone Unlimited, we include 24/7 access with a key fob and up to a 1 hour session per day.

Does the sauna and cold plunge book up fast?

Yes. We highly recommend you book your session beforehand to get the most convenient time.
